Come with us to discover the different production steps of Parmigiano- Reggiano, a very famous cheese! We visit the Parmigiano Reggiano cheese factory, meet the producers, feed our curiosities, and taste mountains of Cheese!!! In the picture, you see the warehouse where the cheese is aged for a minimum of 1 year, but usually longer! Try to imagine the fantastic aroma of that paradise room!!
