"We booked a kayaking experience with Soul Travelling. It was our first time kayaking, and we were genuinely worried about whether we would even make it halfway!"
Medora, our ambassador, met us at our hotel and, during the drive, gave us interesting insights into some of the sights we passed. At the drop-off point, we met Karan, our guide and kayaking instructor.
Before we started, they gave us a quick history of the Arabo area and a yummy Kokum drink to get us going. Karan is extremely knowledgeable, a polyglot and a great communicator.
We had gone with our kids, and the team took wonderful care of them. Karan patiently indulged all their questions and kept both the adults and kids entertained throughout. He is a very skilled kayaking instructor, but what made the experience especially memorable was his sense of humour. He is incredibly quick-witted and a great storyteller, and we had a lot of fun along the way.
For something we started slightly apprehensively, we ended up having a fantastic time. And the great snacks waiting for us afterwards were just what we needed to make up for all the energy we'd lost kayaking!
A great experience and one we would definitely recommend!

I had a wonderful time exploring Fontainhas with Ambassador Adolfina. She is an erudite, engaging and energetic guide. Conversation with her was natural, generous and stimulating. But we only scratched the surface! I must return for more!

This tour surpassed my expectations. Along with historical information, we were also provided with a traditional Goan culinary experience! Our guide, Sairaj, was exceptionally knowledgeable and provided great information with a beautiful storytelling style and the perfect amount of humor. At the end of the tour he even went out of his way to ensure I got safely into a taxi and back to my stay! I wish I had longer to stay in Goa, I would definitely book again for one of the many guided tours offered by Soul Travelling, I can't recommend them highly enough, do yourself a favour and book!!!
