Godshe

Godshe is a traditional Goan coconut milk-based soup or stew that can be made with a variety of ingredients such as vegetables, lentils, and sometimes seafood. It has a creamy texture and is often served as a comforting dish during the monsoon season.

Patoleo

Pinag

Pinag is a traditional Goan dessert made from ripe jackfruit pulp, coconut, and jaggery. The ingredients are mixed and simmered until the mixture thickens and attains a fudge-like consistency. It is then cut into squares or diamond shapes and served as a sweet treat.
